Up to £45,000 basic DOE + Bonus (Uncapped – OTE £54,000)
Monday–Friday 8am – 5pm
We're looking for a Master Technician to join our trusted, forward-thinking automotive team in Leamington Spa.

Your Day-to-Day
* Diagnose, service and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards
* Perform complex diagnostics and fault-finding on modern systems
* Carry out vehicle health checks (including video, where applicable)
* Mentor and support junior technicians
* Maintain workshop safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
What We're Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
* Master Technician accreditation
* EV and Hybrid qualifications (Desired for top banding of salary)
* Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Positive, reliable team player with a passion for learning.
