Responsibilities
* Engage in conversation with customers to create awareness and need for renovation.
* Present the right Otis solutions to customers and identify customer-specific solutions.
* Create configuration pricing and quotes for standard Otis products in the full and partial range of renovation products.
* Close deals independently.
* Manage both the lower funnel and upper funnel pipeline through CRM and E Log.
* Plan and forecast orders on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
* Collaborate with sales support and delivery teams.
* Work in cross-functional teams for complex bids/RFQs.
* Role model and demonstrate commitment to The Absolutes in daily work, decisions, and the environment created for your team.
* Focus on targeting growth from both on- and off-portfolio customers.
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Commercial acumen.
* Negotiation skills.
* Drive for business results.
* High interest in technical products.
* Capable of managing a long-cycle pipeline in the sale of capital goods.
* Customer centricity.
* Basic technical lift knowledge preferred.
