Are you a Design Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering degree or similar from an aviation background, looking to join a thriving multinational company, offering tailored training by industry experts on bespoke software and niche aircraft engines?
On offer is the chance to rapidly progress to senior design positions, where you will become the go to technical expert for the overhaul of vintage aircraft, overseeing the process from start to finish.
In this role you will be responsible for the reverse engineering of Merlin and Griffon engines used in Spitfires and Hurricanes for the RAF. You will use their bespoke CAD system NX for stripping surveys to examine what components need to be manufactured as well as stress testing and calculations on steel work.
