Overview
Amazing opportunity in consultative sales in a Luxury Retail / Art Sales Consultant role for a contemporary Art Gallery. A desire to sell a prestigious luxury product is essential; product training will be provided. A strong appreciation of art is preferred.
Responsibilities
* Generate sales through consultative, non-hard-sell approach and work toward realistic targets.
* Provide exceptional client & customer service, delivering an amazing client experience from start to finish.
* Consultatively manage client needs and transfer passion for sales and the product to generate sales.
* Proactively make daily calls to promote the gallery and increase footfall; manage accounts over the phone and email to generate prospective business.
* Maintain a self-motivated approach to develop new business and reach monthly targets; enjoy potential commission based earnings.
* Be flexible weekends (the role is 5 days per week with weekends being the busiest).
* Driving is preferred as home consultations are offered as an extra service to clients.
Qualifications
* Desire to sell a prestigious luxury retail product; art background not required but appreciation of art is preferred.
* Strong client service skills with the ability to communicate and transfer enthusiasm for the product and sales process.
* Self-motivated with the ability to generate new business and meet targets.
* Flexible to work weekends; driving is preferred for home consultations.
Compensation
