We are looking for an Administrator to join our commercial team in Aldershot. This role primarily involves supporting the commercial lead with general administrative tasks around our MoD Housing Void contract and supporting the team with the billing process.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate. If you have great attention to detail, strong IT skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing the system (CRM) for any additional works.
* Creating measure documents and upload them to the system
* Inputting data accurately into spreadsheets
* Uploading and managing documents on shared drives.
* Liaising with operative teams regarding project works.
* Managing the final account process; when over the cap, completing forms and obtaining client approval before billing.
* Identifying and addressing issues within processes and ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
* Confidently managing and challenging processes with the client when necessary.
* Assisting with other commercial admin tasks where required
What are we looking for?
* Strong Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Previous experience in a commercial administrator role is advantageous
* Previous administrative experience
