The ideal candidate will have a passion for good design, sustainability, and innovation. They will be able to demonstrate a talent for front-end concept generation through conceptual sketching, card/foam modeling, and visualization skills.
Key responsibilities include uncovering user insights to identify new product opportunities, rapidly producing new product design concepts, and engaging in internal and external creative sessions to explore and generate new ideas.
Strong knowledge of materials, plastic, and metal production processes is essential, as well as the ability to take creative direction and learn from others.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to work independently or in a team, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:
* Degree in Industrial Design or similar
* Strong sketching skills, including digital for rapid concept generation
* Knowledge of industry-standard 3D/2D software, such as Adobe CC, Solidworks/Fusion 360, Keyshot
