EMEA Employee Benefits Specialist
Location: Walton-on-Thames - Hybrid
Are you an experienced Employee Benefits professional looking to lead and shape global employee benefits? Do you excel in people-centric environments with international stakeholders?
We Do Group is supporting a forward-thinking global technology company in Walton-on-Thames to recruit an EMEA Employee Benefits Specialist.
This is a new role managing existing benefits across global offices and advising on future benefits enhancements worldwide.

The Role
The successful candidate will:
* Manage annual benefit renewals for insurance and benefit schemes globally
* Maintain relationships with local management and payroll providers
* Collaborate with HR, Legal, third-party consultants, and finance to assess and improve benefits
* Implement and roll out benefits changes
* Manage UK Auto-Enrolment and pension contributions
* Prepare pension contribution reports
* Work with European pension providers
* Keep records of international benefits
* Resolve benefits issues proactively
* Oversee paid leave schemes across jurisdictions
* Support payroll processes for the UK and other regions
* Coordinate with payroll and tax providers on mobility issues
* Assist IT with reporting and automation of benefits administration
Your Profile
We seek an experienced, passionate benefits professional who is organized, energetic, and adept at managing change across international offices. Exposure to payroll support is a plus but not essential.
Salary & Benefits
£65,000-£85,000 per year plus bonus and benefits. The role is in-office 3 days a week, with accessible parking and public transport options.
