As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join our high-performing team. Role Overview: As a Sales Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations. You will work closely with both buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth and efficient property transaction process. From conducting property viewings to negotiating offers and ensuring contracts are completed on time, your role will be pivotal to the success of our clients and the growth of our agency. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Register buyers and sellers, building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and motivations. Provide expert advice on the local property market and property values. Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings, highlight key features, and provide valuable guidance to prospective buyers. Offer Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, managing offers, counteroffers, and closing deals to meet client objectives. Sales Process Management: Take ownership of the sales process from initial enquiry to exchange of contracts. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time. Lead Generation: Proactively generate new business by networking, prospecting for new leads, and maintaining relationships with clients to encourage referrals. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with local market trends, new property listings, and competitor activity to offer informed advice to clients. Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to relevant industry regulations and compliance standards, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, property details, and transactions. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or estate agency is preferred, but not essential. We are also open to individuals who are new to the property sector but have a strong desire to learn and succeed. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively. Sales Ability: Target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously. Driving License: A full UK driving license is essential for property viewings and client meetings. Team Player: Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. IT Skills: Proficient in using computers and property management software (experience with software like [insert relevant software name] is a plus).
