We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warranty / Service Administrator to support our busy aftersales department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring warranty processes are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with Stellantis manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer and process warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
2. Ensure all documentation meets manufacturer and audit requirements
3. Liaise with service advisors, technicians, and Stellantis brand requirements to resolve queries
4. Monitor warranty submissions and follow up on outstanding claims
5. Conduct customer pre-calls to confirm bookings, gather relevant information, and ensure a smooth service experience
6. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
7. Support the service team with general administrative duties
About You:
8. Previous experience in a service or warranty administration role (automotive preferred)
9. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
10. Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
11. Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
12. Comfortable making outbound pre-calls to customers
13. Familiarity with dealer management systems is advantageous
