What You'll Be Doing: Support the design team in delivering bespoke pre-fabricated mechanical solutions Contribute to the technical development of heating and mechanical plant systems for commercial and industrial clients Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and project briefs Assist with project planning, costings, and client requirements Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely project delivery Provide input based on hands-on experience to enhance practical design outcomes What We're Looking For: Minimum 5 years' experience in a mechanical engineering role Strong practical/mechanical background (fabrication, installation, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) Interest in transitioning from site-based or hands-on roles into a design/project office environment Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics Excellent communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively across teams CAD experience is an advantage, but training can be provided Why Apply?
