Whether it’s inspiring, coaching and developing your team to providing an outstanding guest experience, you’ll be ready to step up and lead. What You’ll Bring:
* Leadership/Supervisory experience in a customer-facing or hospitality/retail/entertainment/leisure environment
* A strong communicator with the ability to lead, inspire, develop and engage a team
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results
* A genuine passion for delivering a memorable guest experience
* Flexibility and awareness of our unique industry – you understand the dynamic nature of cinema, from blockbuster releases to independent films. You're comfortable working varied shifts, including late finishes, and have a reliable and safe way to travel to and from work.
