Job Title: Quality Coordinator Location: Hybrid working Salary: Competitive Full time/Permanent Role Description Work with all business units to support quality management and continuous improvement efforts in the UK. Ensure operational excellence and process improvement through the implementation, maintenance, and alignment of the Quality Management System (QMS), according to appropriate ISO requirements, and through involvement in and support of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Programme. Key Outcomes Raise awareness of quality management, through distribution of information and provision of training. Co-ordinate and support network of Quality Champions Co-ordinate internal audit programme, supporting a team of internal auditors and undertaking internal audits of teams, projects, and processes. Support teams in undertaking risk assessments, identifying and flagging high risks. Support teams in the specification, tracking and reporting of KPIs. Support teams in documenting processes and managing documentation. Support the specification, implementation and tracking of action plans resulting from audits, risk assessment and process or deliverable non-conformities. Provide admin support for issue management database. Analyse data and build reports on QMS performance. Organise annual external assessment. Support teams in their preparation for external assessment to ensure successful recertification to ISO standards. Co-ordinate and support work of Continuous Improvement (CI) Agents on CI Projects Support CI Programme management and reporting. Capabilities and Experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willing and able to show initiative. Continuous improvement mindset Shown ability to work in collaborative environment. Confirmed ability to influence people with various roles and responsibilities. Identifies an appropriate communication style to suit the message and the audience. Leads meetings and facilitates discussions that result in clear conclusions and defined actions. Essential: Knowledge of quality management systems and their implementation (ISO 9001) Experience with continuous improvement methodologies Desirable: Experience of conducting internal audits Experience of conducting risk assessments Knowledge of ISO 20252 market research standard Knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements Experience using MS online tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI) At Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear, and consistent set of principles.
