Your Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Senior Team to ensure top-notch food quality in your section
* Coach and develop CDPs and Commis Chefs, leading by example
* Regularly check section standards, completing all audits and temperature checks
* Assist Senior Chefs in producing monthly kitchen reports
* Work closely with the Restaurant team to foster a collaborative environment
* Communicate effectively to keep teams informed about the menu
* Exhibit strong planning, organizing, and time management skills to drive operational excellence
* Ensure compliance with company policies, cleanliness, and health & safety standards
* Monitor and maintain inventory, alerting Senior Chefs as needed

* Experience as a Senior Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant
