Mortgage Advisor - Norwich & Wroxham
PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business that runs alongside its independent Estate Agency group. The Estate Agency business has multiple long established branches across Norfolk and is well regarded.
The mortgage business is an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.
The firm is now looking for an experienced Advisor with CAS who needs a high volume and high quality lead source.
Role Details
The role is either Self‑Employed or Employed – whichever is preferred.
Self‑Employed splits are 60% on leads provided (in the advisor’s favour) – very generous.
Employed deal is a £30,000 base salary, with a validation figure to hit monthly prior to commissions of 15% to 25%.
The role is Mortgage‑Only, with Protection referrals handled in‑house. If the advisor demonstrates a real skill in protection, a Mortgage & Protection role may be considered.
The firm promises a solid, no‑false‑promise commitment to clients.
This role differs greatly from corporate Estate Agency‑linked Mortgage Advisory businesses.
Location
The employed role is office‑based; the Self‑Employed role is fully flexible, though branch exposure is considered beneficial.
Requirements
Only candidates who are CAS‑existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience and ideally EA exposure will be considered.
The firm utilises the full PRIMIS lender and a 15‑provider Protection panel – no loadings to Protection, ensuring the best choice for the customer.
