The Role:
Taking incoming calls from customers & managing an email inbox
Taking detailed information/orders and processing these onto the system
Keeping the customer updated & maintaining the database
Answering any queries or concerns from customers
General administrative tasks
The person:
Excellent communication & organisation skills
Previous experience with MS packages or CRM systems
Self-motivated & confident
Previous customer service experience
