Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities
* Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
* Manage the reception area, maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up to date in our systems.
* Assist with clerical duties, including filing, typing, and managing correspondence.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation and management.
* Handle basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
* Support administrative staff with various projects and tasks as required.
Experience
* Previous office or administrative experience is essential.
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Prior experience in clerical roles is advantageous.
