Job title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Stowmarket, Suffolk (4 days onsite)
Salary: £65,000 - 75,000 + £5,300 car allowance

The Role
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll:
• Manage NEC3/4 and bespoke contracts for multiple projects.
• Oversee measurement and valuations for applications, variations, and final accounts.
• Identify early warnings and compensation events, ensuring proactive management.
• Provide accurate cash flow forecasts and manage invoicing processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
You
To be successful in the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll bring:
• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, demonstrating essential skills.
• Understanding of NEC3/4 contracts, applying this knowledge to live projects.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline, or relevant HNC with experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including lookups and pivot tables
• Experience or a background in Utilities, Rail or Civil (Utilities is preferred)
