An opportunity has arisen for a Warranty Test Technician to join a dedicated engineering team, focusing on the detailed analysis and testing of customer warranty returns. Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspect and diagnose returned units against OEM specifications to identify faults.
2. Report analysis data in customer-specific formats within agreed timeframes.
3. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventative actions.
4. Provide technical support across internal departments to enhance product quality.
5. Communicate fault and liability findings to management for corrective action planning.
6. Ensure lessons learned are captured and applied to future projects.
