Electrical Trainer/Assessor – Birmingham Campuses – Immediate Start
Monarch Education are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Electrical Trainer/Assessor to join a leading vocational education provider, working across multiple campuses in Birmingham. This is a full-time role, operating Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, with an immediate start available.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled electrical professional with a passion for teaching and assessment to support learners in gaining industry-recognised qualifications. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment in electrical installation and related subjects, helping students develop the practical and theoretical skills needed for success in the sector.
Key Details:
* Location: All campuses across Birmingham
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
* Start Date: ASAP
* Specialism: Electrical Installation, Assessment & Training
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A recognised assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, or equivalent)
* Experience teaching and assessing electrical installation or related subjects
* Strong industry knowledge and up-to-date technical skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* A learner-focused approach and commitment to quality education
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering engaging and effective training sessions in electrical installation
* Assessing learner competence in both practical and theoretical components
* Supporting learners through their qualifications and progression
* Ensuring compliance with awarding body standards and internal quality processes
* Maintaining accurate records of learner achievement and feedback
* Promoting a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment
