We’re looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to lead our billing and disputes function and take ownership of revenue accuracy, performance, and continuous improvement across the business.
This is a key leadership role within Finance, combining strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery. You’ll lead a team of Billing & Disputes Analysts, oversee month‑end billing cycles, and ensure robust revenue recognition, compliance, and reporting while working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading, coaching, and developing the Billing & Disputes team, setting clear objectives and driving high performance
* Owning the end‑to‑end billing cycle, including invoicing, accruals, credit notes, and variance analysis against forecast
* Ensuring accurate revenue recognition in line with contractual, internal, and regulatory requirements
* Overseeing dispute resolution processes, maintaining clear documentation, audit trails, and quality controls
* Implementing robust tracking and KPI reporting to support performance reviews and decision‑making
* Reviewing bespoke and ad‑hoc revenue streams, escalating and resolving issues proactively
* Driving continuous improvement through process optimisation, automation, and enhanced controls
* Collaborating closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations, IT, and external suppliers
* Supporting external audits and contributing to ad‑hoc finance initiatives as required
What we’re looking for
Essential
* Degree or higher‑level qualification in finance or a related discipline
* Significant experience in a revenue, billing, or finance management role
* Strong knowledge of revenue recognition, financial compliance, and operational finance
* Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience using data and analytics tools
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Desirable
* Experience leading teams within a billing or revenue environment
* Exposure to complex or bespoke billing arrangements
* Experience improving or automating finance processes
