PAFA ; Who are we?
PAFA is a Residential Family Assessment Centre. We complete 12 week residential parenting assessments with individuals and couples.
All candidates must have a full work history and 2 references, without this you will not be considered for the role.
Gaps in Work History must be explained such as Searching for Work / Travelling / Sickness or any other reason / explanation.
Job Description
An opportunity has became available for a business administrator position at PAFA. This will be a part time position and working hours will be discussed at interview stage.
The candidate preferably will have experience working in the social care sector as well as business administrator experience.
The Business administrator will be responsible for the following ;
* Welcome visitors to PAFA signing them in following policy and procedure.
* The candidate will be computer literate and confident with all Microsoft programs.
* Be able to produce high quality documents taking instruction from Directors initially, then be able to use their own initiative
* Have child care knowledge from 0-5 years
* Compile a weekly report for up to 5 families from reading hand written case notes, identifying risks and strengths.
* Assist with general telephone enquiries and emails.
* Assist with general office work - scanning and saving on the sharepoint system.
* Assisting with Recruitment of staff, following Safer recruitment.
* The ordering of office stock and supplies to enable the smooth running of the office.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
Work Location: In person
