Responsibilities
* Update and maintain the UK Biobank Business Continuity Plan and Business Impact Assessments in line with ISO 22301 and ISO 22317.
* Plan, coordinate and oversee business continuity testing exercises, crisis management simulations and follow‑up action tracking.
* Coordinate with continuous‑improvement teams to support organisational preparedness and resilience.
* Prepare and deliver business continuity and risk reporting, escalating issues as required.
* Provide risk and business continuity reporting to internal and external groups and committees.
Qualifications
* Experience in business continuity, risk management, or assurance roles within regulated or complex environments.
* Strong working knowledge of ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management Systems) and ISO 22317 (Business Impact Analysis).
* Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, deliver and follow up on business continuity testing and crisis management exercises.
* Excellent proficiency in risk reporting and Microsoft Office.
* Understanding of organisational risk frameworks, reporting, and governance.
