Job Title: Data Analyst – SAS & SQL

Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and optimize SAS programs for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
* Write efficient SQL queries to manipulate, extract, and validate data from relational databases.
* Perform detailed data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to support business strategies.
* Create and automate dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
* Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BI, IT, Business Units) to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
* Provide ad-hoc data support and analysis to management as needed.
* Document processes, queries, and workflows for knowledge sharing and audit purposes.
Required Skills
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
* Strong expertise in SAS (Base SAS, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS SQL, Macros, etc.).
* Proficiency in SQL for complex queries, data manipulation, and performance tuning.
* Hands-on experience with large datasets, relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, etc.).
* Solid knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and reporting tools.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
