In this role, you will be responsible for leading the aftersales strategy and have a substantial influence on shaping the future of Group 1 Automotive through strategic decisions that you make.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead the strategic aftersales operations including growth and development across all divisions and OEMs at Group 1 Automotive. You should have extensive experience in aftersales and working in a multi-site environment, with excellent communication, organizational, leadership skills, and a track record of delivering outstanding customer service.

What you'll do day to day:
* Lead the strategy, growth, and development of Aftersales for Group 1 Automotive UK.
* Ensure all Aftersales departments provide excellent customer experiences and meet profit and retention targets.
* Implement business, marketing, and budget plans aligned with OEM expectations and group strategy to drive growth, market share, and profitability.
* Lead all Aftersales, Service, Parts, and Bodyshop Managers to achieve operational excellence and individual performance goals.
* Ensure the group meets OEM targets and supports franchise performance.
* Lead by example, exhibiting behaviors aligned with company values and performance drivers.
* Collaborate with Franchise Directors, Brand Directors, and Divisional Teams to ensure high customer experience standards.
* Support partnerships with OEMs, ensuring alignment with their aftersales objectives.
* Oversee daily operations across the franchise network, ensuring compliance with OEM standards and legal requirements.
