As a Health and Safety Administrator at our CARTERS Christchurch Manufacturing site you'll work in consultation with the Manufacturing Manager to ensure that the plant and its team members are part of an active health and safety culture.
Responsibilities
* Champion health and safety processes and initiatives.
* Assist with and implement your branch's health and safety action plan along with managing the day-to-day health and safety functions which include running inductions with new team members/contractors.
* Manage the health and safety training matrix and ensure training is refreshed.
* Identify, analyse and report safety hazards or near misses and implement effective solutions.
* Process and maintain compliance records through our "Risk Manager" database.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with our customers.
