SAP Project Manager - Finance, HR & Payroll
Location: UK (Remote/Hybrid)
Contract Type: Contract - Inside IR35

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects across Finance (FI/CO), HR (HCM/SuccessFactors), and Payroll modules.
* Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
* Drive project planning, budgeting, resourcing, and risk management.
* Manage vendors, third-party partners, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
* Ensure project alignment with business objectives, timelines, and compliance requirements.
* Monitor project progress and produce regular reports for senior leadership.
* Oversee testing, training, change management, and go-live planning activities.
* Manage data migration, integration, and cutover activities for relevant SAP modules.

Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven track record as an SAP Project Manager delivering projects in the UK.
* Strong knowledge of SAP Finance (FI/CO), HR/HCM and Payroll modules - including integrations.
* Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, Vendors).
* Familiarity with UK Payroll processes and compliance standards.
* Experience managing projects under PRINCE2, Agile or hybrid methodologies.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
* Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
