Responsibilities
* Responding to internal and external phone calls, emails and messages quickly and efficiently
* Managing guest requests, arrangements and queries
* Greeting guests and anticipating their needs throughout the stay
* Delivering a seamless check in and check out procedure
* Reporting and record keeping
