CRM Executive - Entertainment Industry - £30K - London
Location: London (Hybrid: 2 days office-based, 3 days WFH)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)
Annual Leave: 25 days per annum

The Role:
Seeking a dynamic CRM Executive to support CRM strategy, drive retention, and audience development across ticketing assets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support CRM strategy for venues and ticket agent brands.
* Drive customer loyalty through data-driven marketing.
* Manage and deliver marketing campaigns.
* Coordinate digital campaigns and oversee marketing content.
* Analyse marketing campaigns and provide reports.
* Develop marketing revenue through selling services.
* Manage CRM systems and support membership schemes.
About You:
* 12+ months experience with a CRM system.
* Knowledge of customer personalisation and dynamic content.
* Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
* Adaptable, organised, and collaborative.
