What you’ll be doing
1. Engaging with key customers and improving customer experience by delivering repair, provision and service availability performance with a focus on continuous improvement creating standout service.
2. Managing escalations and work allocation whilst co-ordinating project delivery and working alongside the wider project team and other technical leads. You will manage escalations and co-ordinate power project delivery
3. You will take ownership of requests for new projects and platform works from proposal generation and design concept through transition to in-life service ops. You will help develop and support the pipeline of new projects and understand the impact on the workforce.

What we'd like to see on your CV
You’ll definitely:
4. Be a fully qualified electrician to 18th Edition C &G 2382 and a working knowledge of HEVACOMP & CAS system
5. Have the ability to read and follow detailed electrical schematic drawings as well as producing your own to a high level of detail
6. Have Clerk of Works experience and proved ability of delivering construction projects
7. Have experience of design, planning and installation of D.C power plant systems and power & cooling systems
8. Have experience of BMS (Trend) and Environmental control systems (Scada)
9. Be HV trained – AP or CP.
You might even:
10. Have a good working knowledge of generators, controls, air conditioning systems, Sizing, airflow etc and knowledge of UPS systems and LV and HV systems
