HR Advisor – Lisburn, Northern Ireland
Morson are delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation in Lisburn to recruit an HR Advisor to join their growing team.
This is a full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week) offering a salary of £30,000 – £36,000 (DOE). The organisation operates a hybrid working model, typically requiring 3–4 days per week in the office.
The Role Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the entire employee lifecycle. You will act as a trusted point of contact for colleagues and managers across a global workforce of approximately 500 employees.
Key Responsibilities Support the delivery and implementation of the organisation's People Plan
Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Act as a primary contact for HR queries across the full employee lifecycle
Support the management and optimisation of the HR system, including policies, procedures, and terms & conditions
Take ownership of colleague lifecycle activities including recruitment administration, pre-screening, onboarding, offboarding, employee experience, wellbeing, and life events
Develop strong knowledge of employment legislation to ensure effective risk management and compliance
Support senior leaders with recruitment activity
Assist with HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions where required
About You Experience working within a shared services or central HR function
Experience supporting organisational change, transformation, or HR projects
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Working knowledge of HR systems and data management
Ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing demands
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high service standards
Collaborative approach and team-focused mindset
Willingness to travel internationally 2–3 times per year
CIPD qualified or currently working towards certification
