Key Responsibilities
* Greeting and assisting guests with professionalism and warmth
* Supporting event setup and breakdown
* Upselling where applicable
* Assisting teams with training
* Maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service
* Following event briefs and working collaboratively with new leads
* Ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed
