Job Description
Brentwood School is seeking a Carpenter-biased Multi-Skilled Building Operative to undertake general maintenance duties within their skillset. The successful candidate will assist the maintenance team in ensuring that planned and reactive works are completed promptly, to a high standard, within agreed target dates, and in a safe manner.
You will be part of a team delivering first-class building maintenance, redecoration, and refurbishment work to ensure that the school's facilities, equipment, plant, premises, and grounds are maintained at the highest possible standard of operational readiness, cleanliness, and appearance. The role involves working within budget constraints and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will help make the School a clean, healthy, and safe environment for all. They will also contribute to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and personal care of children and young people, ensuring adherence to all Health and Safety policies and measures.
