Responsibilities
* Create and deliver engaging Physics lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum
* Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
* Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles
* Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and support
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary lesson plans
* Attend faculty meetings and contribute to the school community
* Implement and adhere to school policies and procedures
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience teaching Physics at the secondary school level
* Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements
* Strong classroom management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire students
* Enthusiasm for continuous professional development and keeping abreast of new educational advancements
