The Role: Recruitment Consultant Youll take ownership of permanent recruitment across the Permanent Recruitment, managing client relationships and candidate pipelines from initial brief through to placement. This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role where quality, service, and long-term partnerships matter.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the full 360 permanent recruitment process for back-of-house chef roles
Source, screen, and place high-quality culinary professionals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Proactively develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and industry networks to attract top talent
Conduct interviews and present detailed candidate profiles to clients
Manage urgent and confidential vacancies with professionalism and pace
Maintain accurate records on internal systems
What Were Looking For: Previous recruitment experience (hospitality or chef recruitment highly desirable)
Strong client management and business development skills
Excellent communication skills, particularly when engaging with chefs
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
Proactive, resilient, and commercially minded
A genuine passion for hospitality and long-term recruitment partnerships
