Our client is a highly successful lifestyle brand with a variety of store formats. They now seek to recruit an Assistant Manager in Axminster.
The Role:
* Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of a busy, customer-focused retail store.
* Manage a team of highly engaged individuals passionate about delivering excellent service and retail advice.
* Drive KPIs and sales, ensuring the store achieves and exceeds its targets.
* Ensure the store delivers excellent customer service and experience, with regular mystery shops as part of KPIs.
* Control costs to ensure the store delivers a profitable P&L.
The Person:
* Ideal candidates will be experienced retail managers; however, department managers or supervisors looking to step up will also be considered.
* You will have a confident, outgoing personality, passionate about creating an enjoyable shopping environment for customers and a positive workplace for your team.
* All retail and hospitality backgrounds will be considered; the client values the right person over sector experience.
The Package:
Basic salary of up to £28-30k plus package and benefits.
