Job Title: Chef
Location: Telford College, TF1 2NP
Contract Type: Term Time (39 working weeks + holiday, paid over 43.689 weeks)
Salary: £26,000 per year
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm (no evenings)
Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Chef to join our team at Telford College. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled culinary professional seeking a great work-life balance within the education sector. You'll be responsible for supporting food production across both daily service and hospitality events, maintaining high standards in quality, presentation, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with the team to manage food production, minimise waste, and maintain food quality and standards
* Prepare meals for education catering services and hospitality events
* Support post-service analysis and ensure all opening/closing checklists are completed
* Learn and uphold all procedures and standards across kitchen operations
* Complete relevant training and compliance requirements
What We're Looking For:
* Relevant culinary qualification
* Previous experience in a kitchen environment
* Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to complete via our e-learning platform)
* Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
* Ability to pass DBS and security checks
