As a Senior Strategic Analyst for Leicestershire Police, you will help bridge the gap between intelligence assessment, performance information, and strategy. You will lead the delivery of both intelligence and performance-based strategic analysis.
Salary: £42,897 - £47,712
What You’ll Be Doing
* Informing and contributing to the strategic planning cycle using analytical products, techniques, and forecasting solutions.
* Ensuring the effective creation, coordination, and delivery of the force’s Strategic Threat and Risk Assessment.
* Supervising and tasking the workload of analysts and researchers across the force.
The Must Haves
* Educated to degree level in a subject involving research, data analysis, or statistics, or equivalent work experience.
* Experience in developing and applying a wide range of analytical techniques.
* Experience in tasking and motivating a team, with the ability to plan, implement, and control tasks.
