Key Responsibilities Provide specialist advice on listed building applications, conservation areas, and heritage-led developments Assess proposals affecting heritage assets, ensuring compliance with national and local planning policies Work closely with planning officers, applicants, and stakeholders to achieve sensitive and appropriate outcomes Assist in the management and protection of designated and non-designated heritage assets Prepare written reports and recommendations for planning committees where required
