Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Purosearch are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee their NEW Domiciliary Care Agency in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior care, with a focus on assisted living and dementia care.
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents while managing staff and resources effectively.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Develop and review individual care plans for residents, ensuring that their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
Administer medication in accordance with established protocols and oversee medication management within the facility.
Conduct regular assessments of resident care needs and adjust care plans as necessary.
Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, facilitating training and development opportunities to enhance skills in senior care.
Maintain accurate records of resident care and staff performance.
Engage with families and external stakeholders to promote the wellbeing of residents and address any concerns promptly.
Skills
Registered Nurse or experience with Clinical assessments.
Proven experience in a leadership role within an assisted living or nursing home setting.
Strong understanding of care plans, medication administration, and best practices in senior care.
Compassionate approach towards residents, particularly those with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
