Were recruiting confident, personable Brand Ambassadors to deliver high quality in-store sampling experiences within a premium retail environment. You’ll represent a curated range of food and drink brands, offering samples, engaging customers, and helping drive sales through great conversations and product knowledge.
Job Details
* Hours & Contract: Zero Hours, Permanent contract
* Pay: £14.99/hour (includes holiday pay) + performance-based incentives
* Shifts available: 15th, 23rd and 30th May (Friday & Saturday)
* Shift Times: 10am - 5pm (7 hours)
* Location: Great Malvern, Worcestershire WR14
Your Role
* Create a Premium Experience – Deliver sampling in a warm, knowledgeable, and professional manner. This will involve preparation of samples for customers to enjoy.
* Engage Customers Naturally – Initiate conversations and build rapport with a wide range of shoppers.
* Promote with Confidence – Share product knowledge, key features, and recommendations.
* Drive Sales Through Experience – Encourage purchases by creating positive, memorable interactions.
* Represent High Standards – Maintain excellent presentation and professionalism at all times.
