Office Manager
Shropshire farm office based
Monday - Friday ( hours to suit) plus occasional weekends

Ethero are proud to be recruiting for an established and highly successful farming business who have a brand-new position to offer. Based in the heart of the operation in delightful barn converted offices, you will be responsible for the following:
•Discuss and draw up agreements for Landlords & Land Agents in relation to contracts, accounts etc.
•Ensure all necessary documentation is in place and schedules are maintained for land agreements
•Secure quotations for agricultural & farming equipment and negotiate costings
•Conduct Insurance policy reviews
•Maintain sales contract ledgers
•Assist with budgeting, planning and cost analysis
•Provide SMT with costing analysis as well as required management data
•Analyse current technology in order to streamline business processes for data collection and reporting
•Assist with Recruitment, HR & payroll administration
•Provide support in covering holidays
To be considered you MUST:
•Have worked in a farming / agricultural or land management setting
•Be highly proficient with MS Office
•Be confident with Accounts / HR & Payroll functions
•Have a solid administrative background
•Be flexible to take on additional tasks at busy times
