You will manage cases briefly before transferring them during the first planning meeting. The role involves participating in a duty rota every third week, providing the chance to plan and record your work methodically. Social Workers also engage in care and private law proceedings. Working under the Signs of Safety model, you will contribute to achieving optimal outcomes for families, supported by an experienced team of professionals.
