Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Front of House Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming environment. This on-site role is located in our Westhill clinic, where you will manage client interactions, support smooth patient flow, and coordinate with medical staff to deliver top-tier services. The role also encompasses staff management, training, and the monitoring of front-of-house practices to maintain operational efficiency. In addition you will have day to day Health and Safety Checks duties for the building, and you will be responsible for notification and engagement of external contractor undertaking building and or security maintenance.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience.
Experience and knowledge in hospitality operations.
Proven skills in Training and mentoring team members for professional growth and competence.
Sales experience, demonstrating the ability to promote and manage services effectively.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using office software and management tools.
Previous experience in a healthcare or high-end hospitality setting is a plus.
