Role: Implementation Manager

Location: We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 2‑3 days a week in the office based at Thorpe Park, Leeds.

Salary: DOE, plus extensive benefits

Contract type: Permanent

Working hours: We work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 - 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!

What you’ll be doing

* Supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives, including partnership onboarding and operational change
* Coordinating cross‑functional workstreams to ensure readiness for implementation
* Maintaining delivery plans, RAID logs, and reporting dashboards
* Supporting due diligence activities by gathering data, documenting findings, and identifying operational impacts
* Assisting with the development of communication and change management plans
* Tracking progress against milestones and escalating risks or issues as needed
* Facilitating knowledge transfer and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
* Preparing clear reports and updates for senior stakeholders


Who are we looking for

* Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
* Clear communicator, able to summarise complex information effectivelyExperience supporting strategic programmes, partnerships, or operational change
* Experience producing RAID logs, dashboards, and reports
* Familiarity with OKRs, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and benefits tracking
* Delivery‑focused, organised, and proactive approach
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills
* Adaptable and comfortable working at pace
* Collaborative and supportive working style
