We are currently looking for a Design Assistant to join our clients, a successful Art Consultancy in Dubai. Where you will be collaborating with the team to prepare proposals, creating visual presentations and technical drawings, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
In addition, to being responsible for issuing specifications, monitoring quality during installations, and facilitating effective communication between artists and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
Working hours:
1. 9.00am – 6.00pm
2. Hours can be flexible by 1 hour
The successful Design Assistant will be offered:

Design Assistant requirements:
10. Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Interior Design or Architecture (including internship/s)
11. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
12. Driving license and own car
13. Proficient in, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office.
14. Strong creative ability and problem-solving skills.
15. Ability to work well under pressure, manage and prioritise multiple projects.
Key duties of the Design Assistant will include:
16. Collaborate closely with the team to ensure consistency in design delivery
17. Assist in drafting, developing and formatting proposals, ensuring alignment with project goals and client needs.
18. Create visual presentations, digital mock-ups, and technical drawings for client proposals.
19. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and maintain detailed design and technical data sheets.
20. Assist in sourcing artists and suppliers
21. Maintain accurate documentation and records, such as client approvals, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and site reports. Ensuring it is well-organized and accessible.
22. Help monitor and ensure the quality of installations and on-site styling, making sure products meet specifications and client expectations
