Our client based in Blackwater, Farnborough are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to provide efficient, professional and customer focused administration support to the Logistics team.

* Temporary to permanent position
* £17.22 per hour Umbrella Rate – includes NI, apprenticeship levy and holiday pay
* Working 4 days on 4 days off – 7am to 7pm

Responsibilities
* First point of contact – Reception
* Work within a team of Transport/Warehouse Managers
* Accurately amend and dispatch customer orders as required
* Answer incoming calls, providing first line customer care function
* Maintain an accurate filing system for all relevant company documentation
* Support and cover administration tasks for other departments when required
* Maintain depot and office environment, order stationery and ensure safe hygienic manor
* Any other administration tasks required
