Responsibilities
* Define and drive culture to attract, retain and develop the best solution engineering talent in the industry.
* Able to demonstrate technical vision and strategy for customer CTO level priorities.
* Understand how complex, tiered technology partner networks operate, add value, and deliver against business objectives.
* Proven experience in a broad technology organization with an understanding of a wide range of technologies, their integrations and value delivery.
* Lead as the Solutions Engineering Manager for setting the technical vision and strategy for accounts, positioning Cisco’s CAI products and solutions to meet customer demands and ambitions. Support the customer journey to AI and Digital sovereignty transformation, and facilitate partnerships between the customer and internal teams.
Meet the Team
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Solutions Engineering Manager who will be a key part of the UKI Solutions Engineering Leadership Team. You will lead a group of Cloud and AI Solution Engineers (SE) specializing in serving UK & Ireland Enterprise customers. You will develop and nurture technical stakeholder relationships and establish credibility through subject matter expertise and executive communication skills, contributing to Cisco’s growth and Go-to-Market in the region.
Your Impact
Set the technical vision and strategy for accounts, identify ways to position Cisco’s CAI products and solutions to meet customer demands and ambitions. Contribute to the customer journey in AI, Digital sovereignty, and related datacenter technologies (DC Networking, Virtualization/Kubernetes, Infra Security).
Qualifications
* Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years in a technical sales leadership role in the UKI enterprise market. Ability to attract, retain and develop top solution engineering talent. Demonstrable technical vision for customer CTO priorities. Understanding of how complex partner networks operate and deliver business value. Experience across a broad technology landscape and governing integrations and value delivery. Prior experience as an expert in the Datacenter technology domain: DC Networking, Virtualization/Kubernetes, Infra Security.
* Preferred Qualifications: Experience with at least one of AI infrastructure, Automation/Infrastructure as Code, Cloud Technologies, Storage, IP & Optical Transport. Ability to present topics clearly to senior business leaders, including Cisco’s strategy, products, architectures and go-to-market approach.
