Pay: £105-£120 per day

Long Term Futures are recruiting a Year 3 Teaching Assistant to work within a nurture-focused provision at a supportive primary school in Barnet. You will support 2-3 pupils with ASD, ADHD and emotional needs, providing consistent, calm and structured support to help them regulate emotions and engage with learning. This is a long-term role with a strong opportunity to move into a permanent position.
About the Role
You will work closely with a small group of pupils in a nurture-style setting, supporting emotional regulation, behaviour and social development. The role involves delivering personalised interventions, maintaining clear routines and using trauma-informed approaches to support positive behaviour. You will work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to create a safe, predictable environment that promotes learning and wellbeing.
