Please note, for this role, you will need a full UK driving licence, with access to a vehicle .Working Hours: 08:30am - 17:30pm, Monday to Friday (40-hours).Location: Leighton Buzzard, fully office based.Contract Type: Permanent (6-month probation).Start Date: ASAP.Salary: Negotiable - Call to discuss .Duties include, but not limited to:Developing business with new clients over the telephone, face-to-face and via email.Sourcing candidates to match your client's needs.Advertising vacancies in a professional and creative manner in order to attract the best candidates.Must be fully IT literate with good social media skills.The ability to thoroughly internally interview candidates and prepare them for external client interviews.Finalising offers of employment between your clients and candidates, while negotiating terms of employment.Handling and supporting with business retention and account management.Conducting client visits, as and when required.Filling all temporary bookings to meet strict deadlines, per client service level agreements.Supporting with day-to-day office administration, including: Compliance, agency worker regulations, data entry, payroll and customer support.Person Specification: Ideally, knowledge of the recruitment market with experience of working in a 360 role. Alternatively, someone with B2B sales experience or account management skills, with a desire to progress into the Recruitment sector.Right to work in the UK.
