General Manager required for our independent automotive group client. Our Client based in Nottingham, are seeking a General Manager to oversee the running of their Service Centre. Benefits: Basic salary: £50,000 OTE: £60,000 Senior leadership role with real autonomy Multi-site responsibility within a respected independent group Monday–Friday working week with alternate Saturdays Specification : Previous General Manager / Dealer Principal experience within a Motor Trade business A General Manager who leads from the front and is able to motivate the team to success Evidence of a steady and progressive career path Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads. Responsibilities: Recruitment, training, coaching and development of all members of staff Fully responsible for the P&L of the dealership Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer Focused on Customer Service and ensure that all staff deliver a professional service.
